Had to moderate the first spam comment to this blog this afternoon…  At least someone knows I’m here…

I decided to start a blog about my progress in writing The Archer’s Legacy, a sequel to my first self-published novel, The Last Archer of Laummoren.

I must admit that the writing of the second installment of what I envision as a trilogy has been longer and more difficult than I had anticipated.  At the same time, the story has taken me in different directions than I had foreseen–which has been an interesting experience for me.  I’ve read authors describing the process of writing and storytelling as one where sometimes the writer is merely an observer, chronicling the story as it seemingly unfolds of its own volition.  I now know what they mean.

For anyone who happens across my ramblings chronicled here, I hope you find something of interest.

Thanks for visiting–
